At ASHRAE Italy Chapter we focus on promoting the advancement of technologies for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration, through cooperation and community empowerment. We want to be a reference point for all our members and for all operators in the sector, facilitating the sharing of knowledge and resources, and encouraging networking. ASHRAE, founded in 1894, is a global society advancing human well-being through sustainable technology for the built environment. The Society and its members focus on building systems, energy efficiency, indoor air quality and sustainability within the industry. Through research, standards writing, publishing and continuing education, ASHRAE shapes tomorrow’s built environment today.

The Student Activities Committee encourages the study of HVAC&R and promotes careers in the HVAC&R industry, through engagement with K-12 and post-secondary students.

Young Engineers in ASHRAE (YEA) is dedicated to young professional ASHRAE members. If you are 35 years old and younger, this is for you!
Membership Promotion
Membership Promotion Committee is focused on promoting ASHRAE to new members and supporting our existing members.
Research Promotion
Research Promotion Committee manages and supports both the Society-level fundraising and Chapter-level fundraising of the RP Campaign.
Chapter Technology Transfer
CTTC is the group within ASHRAE looks after the distribution of technical knowledge to Chapters from Society and from Society to the Chapters.
Government Affairs
Government Affairs Committee is focused on establishing ASHRAE as a leading source for expertise in the built environment and a resource for policymakers.
